welcome back guys so today on this video
we are talking about Wells Fargo and
more specifically I'm gonna show you how
to find your routing number in the Wells
Fargo app so let's go ahead and talk
about this first off guys this is gonna
be a really quick video there's really
not a lot of steps involved with this so
stick around to the end I'm doing this
video because my other video shows a
couple of different steps how to find
the routing number but people keep
messaging and asking how to find it in
the app so this video is specifically
for the Wells Fargo app so I'm gonna go
ahead and open up my Wells Fargo app
right here it says red orange and white
one it looks like it has a little
carriage of course on it if you don't
have this app already be sure to check
my video description I'll try to leave a
referral link there but I'm gonna go
ahead and open the app now alright so
once you open up the app this is the
login screen so you'll need to enter
your username or password or you can use
your touch ID like I do I'm gonna go
ahead and use mine now alright so I went
ahead and opened up my Wells Fargo after
I log in this is gonna be the home
screen it's going to show any accounts
you have with them so in order to find
your routing number for your Wells Fargo
account in the app what you want to do
is go ahead and click on the account
you're searching for so I only have one
account with Wells Fargo which is my
checking account right here so I'm gonna
go ahead and click on that account now
alright I went ahead and clicked there
and then in this screen you're going to
see your transaction history for your
account and actually have a lot of
different options with your Wells Fargo
account but in order to find your
routing number for your Wells Fargo
checking account really what you want to
do is click on this line right here it
says show more detail don't worry about
these other buttons up here on the top
they don't apply so I'm gonna click on
this blue button right here now alright
once you click there then it opens up
this drop-down that shows a lot more
information about your Wells Fargo
checking account including this line
down here it has like a dotted line
underneath it and it's called routing
numbers if you want to find your routing
number for your Wells Fargo account just
click there I'm gonna click there now
alright next the screen pops up and it
shows the different routing numbers that
are attached to your specific account
keep in mind your routing numbers are
probably going to be different than mine
because they vary depending on which
state in which branch you opened up your
Wells Fargo account yeah so for me I
have two different routing numbers it's
this number at the top for direct
deposit or electronic payments however
if someone is going to be sending me a
wire transfer I'm going to use a
different routing number right here at
the bottom so I actually have two
routing numbers I believe most the time
people are going to use this top routing
for direct deposit or electronic
payments I've never actually used this
for a domestic wire transfer and also
I'm not too sure what would happen is if
you crisscross them and use them for the
wrong purpose if you happen to know be

using your Wells Fargo account for
direct deposit or electronic payments be
sure to use the top routing number or
whichever one is designated in your
Wells Fargo app and a second one for
domestic wire transfers is not for
international wire transfers you would
need to call Wells Fargo Bank about that
routing number or I guess it's called
something else like a swift number so
there you have it that is how you find
the routing number for your Wells Fargo
account through their mobile app if you
