We opened up in 1999 as Adelphia Coliseum.
We're now known as Nissan Stadium.
When we first opened our doors back in 1999, we had 140 suites.
But now we're up to 177 suites.
That 177 suites represents the seventh most in the NFL of all 32 member teams.
Yet we're in market size 28 or 29 of 32.
But through relationships, through hard work, you know, we have a sell-through rate of about 95-, 96-percent.
The suites all got a complete facelift within the last two years.
Our suite sizes run 16-, 20-, and then 22-person suites, so those are the core.
We have five party suites which hold anywhere from 32 to 96,
so those are great for large one-time parties,
and those are very, very popular for not only Titans events, but for some of the other events we have too.
This is one of the five party suites here at Nissan Stadium.
This suite here comes with 100 tickets.
This is currently used by our radio partner, Titans Radio 104.5.
The other party suites are very similar to this,
but the other ones, we can break down, where you can make it a full 100-person suite,
or you can make it a 48-person suite.
It's a variable pricing element that depends upon the game,
but you're looking to have anywhere from $10,000 for a preseason or maybe a not-so-glamorous game upwards
of $20, $22,000 for that for the big games.
And that's for a 48-person suite.
And then that would obviously be doubled if you wanted to do the whole thing.
These are all super suites.
You guys want to play a game of Pac-Man or Elvis, feel free.
We have 12,000 club seats, 6,000 on the east, 6,000 on the west.
The seat itself is two and a half inches bigger than the lower bowl and upper bowl,
but the biggest perk of all is access to the club lounge,
which is about 25,000 square feet of club space on both east and west sides of the stadium.
That's where you have upgraded food and beverage options, big-screen TVs, video walls, live music.
It's just a whole big party within the game.
And then on gameday, we put some portable concession stands, grab-and-go's if you will,
and then we have hard concession stands over here on the left.
We try to make it as diversified as possible, but we also want to make it as luxurious as possible.
So it's a very diverse space that we use year-round.
We have parties, receptions, trade shows,
Christmas parties, fundraisers, bar mitzvahs, wedding receptions, smaller events.
You name it, we've had about everything there.
It's a very versatile space that can be transformed into
about any event to make it successful for whoever wants to lease it.
In the suite that we're currently in now, if you walked in that same suite straight across from us, it'd be identical.
And the same with both club lounges.
Both sides are completely symmetrical, except for one area.
On the east side, which is the interstate side of the stadium, we have a special level of 24 suites.
That level of suites was meant to mirror the press box here on the west side.
This is 24 special seats that are below the club,
and it gives a phenomenal, right-on-top-of-the-field view.
As a value-added benefit to our suite holders,
we will help them sublease out their suites for non-Titans events.
So in many instances, we can help a suite holder get back anywhere from
$15,000 to $18,000 off their annual suite price,
and our suite prices here range from $65,000 to $150,000 a year.
Until we get to the point where we're sold out with our own internal inventory,
they can go on the third market, and we don't mind.
Buying habits have definitely changed with the technology that's available,
and that's probably the same with suites.
Our game is not what's on the field.
We can't do anything about that.
We can't catch a pass. We can't make a tackle.
But what we can do is we can control the suite holder experience
from the moment they enter to the moment they leave our campus.
And that's why we have a 95-percent sell- through rate with 177 suites in a small market.
Myself and my team, our job is to win our game.
